Women are more fertile during some points in their menstrual cycle — up to a week before an egg is released, the day of ovulation, and afterwards, because sperm can survive for days in the reproductive tract. Once the egg is released, it will live for hours. After that, most women will not be fertile again until the next menstrual cycle. But because a woman can release an egg at almost any point in her cycle, you can get pregnant from unprotected sex at any time, even if you have sex during your period. It's entirely normal to have asymmetrical breasts. The extent of the asymmetry varies from person to person, but everyone has some level of asymmetry.
